Fractal infill is a new FDM infill strategy that enables you to save material and print time while manufacturing 3D printed fixtures with sufficient stiffness.
In this nTop Live, Chase Allan, Solutions Engineer at nTop, shows you how to use the fractal infill block in nTop. We introduced fractal infil as a beta block in the FDM Fixture Generator that we created in collaboration with Stratasys. Watch and learn how to:
- Use the fractal infill beta block of the FDM fixture generator
- Select a 3D printing material to change the properties of the infill
- Prepare for 3D printing the fixtures automatically generated by the tool
